Which magnification should I order?
If you already own readers, the strength is printed on the temple. We offer +1.00 to +3.00 in quarter steps. Between two strengths? Start with the lower one — exchanges are free for 90 days. If you are not sure at all, the magnification quiz on the product page will tell you.
Will Cosmo fit my face?
Every frame carries a 1–5 width rating on its product page — narrower faces do best around 2–3, wider faces at 4–5. The most reliable check is the Virtual Mirror, which shows the frame true-to-size on your own face. Once they arrive, the adjustable wire-core temples let you fine-tune the fit at home.
Do I need a prescription?
No. Choose a magnification strength from +1.00 to +3.00, just like any reading glasses — most people start with the strength of their current readers. If you want distance and reading in one pair, the same frame comes as a Progressive: clear on top, magnified below, still with no prescription.
Will these hold up better than my other readers?
That is the point. Italian designed spring hinges and adjustable wire-core temples are built to flex, not snap, and the lenses are prescription-quality CR-39 rather than stamped plastic. Every frame is covered by our one-year guarantee.
What if they’re not right?
Try them at home for 90 days. Exchanges are free if the fit or the look is not right — or send them back for a refund.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. Reading glasses are an eligible expense. Pay with your HSA or FSA card at checkout, or submit the receipt for reimbursement.
